Solar Energy Sales: Over $100k/yr: base + commission – no limit/ceiling & no door knocking required

  • Report to Director of Sales with more than eight years of leading the NM solar industry

Sales Executive Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients by providing support, information, and guidance – consultative sales approach
  • Cultivate prospective clients through developing personal & professional Networking
  • Participate in various company-sponsored events to identify potential clients (required)
  • Proactively communicate and generate leads: 30% company-provided and 70% self-developed
  • Meet with potential clients, both virtually and in-person, to present appropriate solar solutions
  • Be proficient and up to date of competitive landscape
  • Track client information in CRM (SalesForce).  Requires diligent documentation of client follow up
  • Negotiates pricing and contracts
  • Extensive local travel
  • Participate in weekly meetings with sales team and project manager
