Mariam Bruce
CFO
Mariam was born and raised in Albuquerque and has travelled extensively, but can’t stay away from this beautiful state. She has a BA from Boston University and an MBA from UNM and enjoys pairing her accounting background with the fast pace of Affordable Solar and the continuously changing solar industry.
Wayne Stansfield
General Manager
5A former business owner in publishing serving over 500,000 customers, Wayne made the jump to solar in 2014. Wayne develops large commercial and utility scale projects, whether it’s a MW+ project, innovative Solar + Storage, or developing solutions to make entire communities more sustainable.

Dylan Connelly
Director of Commercial and Community Solar
Dylan is a Professional Engineer (PE) with over a dozen years of consulting experience in the fields of architecture, engineering, and solar design. He has degrees in Civil and Architectural Engineering from the University of Miami. He has been a solar project developer for Affordable Solar since early 2018 and he uses his diverse expertise to provide his customer’s with a comprehensive perspective in order to meet their energy saving goals.

Derek Fannin
Operations Manager
An Albuquerque native, Derek got his start with Affordable Solar in the warehouse packing boxes in 2010. This evolved into an Account Manager role where he began to learn the sales and turnkey installation business. After spending 4 years in the California residential market Derek rejoined forces with Affordable Solar in January of 2021 to lead the Residential and Small Commercial teams.
